Live Forever

One of my Oasis's favourite.
Nice song, but whos gonna live forever anyway,

Live Forever by Oasis

Maybe I don't really wanna know
How your garden grows cos I just wanna fly
Lately did you ever feel the pain
In the morning rain as it soaks you to the bone

Maybe I just want to fly,
Wanna live, I dont wanna die
Maybe I just want to breathe
Maybe I just don't believe
Maybe you're the same as me
We see things they'll never see
You and I are gonna live forever

I said maybe I don't really wantna know
How your garden grows cos I just wanna fly
Lately did you ever feel the pain
In the morning rain as it soaks you to the bone

Maybe I will never be
All the things that I wanna be
But now is not the time to cry
Now's the time to find out why
I think you're the same as me
We see things they'll never see
You and I are gonna live forever

Maybe I don't really want to know
How your garden grows cos I just wanna fly
Lately did you ever feel the pain
In the morning rain as it soaks you to the bone

Maybe I just want to fly,
Wanna live, I dont wanna die
Maybe I just want to breathe
Maybe I just don't believe
Maybe you're the same as me
We see things they'll never see
You and I are gonna live forever
We're gonna live forever

Gonna live forever....

Thoughts

There aint any lyric this time. I just wanna share something on MJ's.
I couldnt help but to shed a tear, really. I just cant read these sort of things.

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris has fallen asleep every night since her dad's death clutching a doll he gave her as a gift.

The grieving 11-year-old holds the toy tightly in her bed because it still smells of her beloved father.
And her uncle Jermaine also told The Sun how Paris and her brother Prince Michael, 12, have had the heartbreaking task of explaining to seven-year-old Blanket that their dad is gone for ever.

He said: "Blanket is very young and so sweet - too cute for words - but he's very smart.
"I think he understands his dad has passed because of the ceremony. Paris and Prince are very bright and they have tried to explain it to him. And there is a therapist with them to help them get through this time as well.

"Paris sleeps with a teddy bear with Michael's scent on - it's so cute. It's a little doll that he gave her and she sleeps holding it every night."

The tragic and sudden loss of their 50-year-old father on June 25 left the children devastated - but Jermaine insists they are coping with their grief.

He said Michael was - and will always be - their dad.
He added: "My understanding of the parentage is that Michael treated those kids like any father would.

"He is their dad and all of this about sperm I know nothing about.
"All I know is that from day one they were his kids because of all the love and devotion he gave them and the love they gave him back.

While Jermaine agrees that they will help spread Michael's legacy, he thinks they have done it in very different way - by making the superstar human.

He added: "Paris talking at the memorial was a moment to let the world know he was a human being. His daughter saying, 'My Daddy'.

"It wasn't about all the ridicule people put him through and all the crazy names they called him over the years.

"He has children, nieces and nephews - family that love him. When she said that, it let the world know he was a human being - 'My Daddy'. "

If God Will Send His Angels

Again..something from the 90's.
One of my U2's fav. Indeed, a good one!.
(too bad the song is not in Playlists, couldnt share it here)

If God Will Send His Angel by U2

Nobody else here baby
No-one else here to blame
No-one to point the finger
It's just you and me and the rain.

Nobody made you do it
No one put words in your mouth.
Nobody here taking orders
When love took a train heading south.
It's the blind leading the blond
It's the stuff, it's the stuff of country songs.

Hey, if God will send his angels
And if God will send a sign
And if God will send his angels
Would everything be alright?

God's got his phone off the hook, babe
Would he even pick up if he could?
It's been a while since we saw that child
Hangin' round this neighbourhood.

See his mother dealing in a doorway
See Father Christmas with a begging bowl.
And Jesus' sister's eyes are a blister
The High Street never looked so low.

It's the blind leading the blond
It's the cops collecting for the cons.
So where is the hope and
Where is the faith and the love?
What's that you say to me
Does love light up your Christmas tree?
The next minute you're blowing a fuse
And the cartoon network turns into the news.

If God will send his angels
And if God will send a sign
Well if God will send his angels
Where do we go?
Where do we go?

Jesus never let me down
You know Jesus used to show me the score.
Then they put Jesus in show business
Now it's hard to get in the door.

It's the stuff, it's the stuff of country songs
But I guess it was something to go on.
Hey, if God will send his angels
I sure could use them here right now
Well, if God will send his angels...

Where do we go?..
Where do we go?..
